Lodge a warranty request
If you are experiencing a problem with your Pool Controls equipment, please consider the troubleshooting page. If the problem is deemed a genuine warranty issue, please complete the warranty request form.
If Pool Controls attend site and the issue is found not to be warranty related, charges may apply.
Exclusion for wearing parts
This warranty does not extend to wearing parts, in particular the squeeze tubes fitted in peristaltic dosing pumps. Squeeze tubes should be replaced every 12 months by a suitably qualified technician. Pool Controls is not liable for any failure of its products or other damage caused by failure of a squeeze tube that has been used for more than 12 months.
Please note: It is necessary to provide the serial number of your product to process your warranty request. Your serial number can be located on the silver sticker on the left hand side of your control box.
